Filtering projects

Overview

Responsive lets you filter projects to help you find the ones you want quickly and easily.

  • Filters and search capabilities on the Manage Projects page allow you to find projects based on the name or other metadata.
  • Both active and archived projects are listed in the search results.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Filtering projects

Select the Search icon at the top of the page to expand it. Begin typing project keywords in the Search field, or click the Filter icon to display the available filters.

Filters allow you to look based on metadata like Project Type, Project Stage and Project Primary Contact. Click +Filter to select additional criteria.

You can customize your filter by clicking the Add icon Add_icon.PNG icon or Remove  Remove_icon.PNG  icon.

The Advance Search filters you select on the Manage Project page are retained for the duration of your session, even if you navigate to other pages. They appear in the header of the page. Click the link to redisplay the filters, and click Clear All to remove them.

  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.
