Overview
Zoho CRM is an add-on feature and must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, to enable it.
Once you have enabled the Zoho CRM integration, you have the option to auto-publish response packages to Zoho CRM or do it manually during the export process.

Permissions
Users must have the Generate Export Response privilege in Zoho CRM and Company Administrator privilege in Responsive to set up auto-publishing.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Automatically Exporting Response Packages to Zoho CRM
- Go to Organization Settings > Integrations > CRM and click Configure on the Zoho CRM tile.
- Under the File Export section, check the Auto-Publish Export Package to Zoho CRM box.
- Click Save. When a package is successfully exported:
- The Zoho CRM icon appears next to the package name in Responsive.
- The attachment appears in the Attachments section of the deal name in Zoho CRM.
Manually Exporting Response Packages to Zoho CRM
- From the project, click the Menu and select Export, then click New Export Package.
- Create a new template if necessary, then click Next.
- Click Export. The package appears on the Export Responses page.
- Click the Menu next to the package you want to export and select Publish to Zoho CRM.
Once successfully exported:- The Zoho CRM icon appears next to the package name in Responsive.
- The attachment appears in the Attachments section of the deal name in Zoho CRM.
