Enabling Cloud Storage Integrations

Overview

Cloud storage is a paid add-on feature and must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, to enable it.

The Responsive cloud storage integrations allow users to add content from file storage services to Responsive. Currently, the Responsive app supports the following cloud storage services:

  • Box
  • Dropbox
  • Google Drive
  • OneDrive

For an overview of this feature, download the attachment at the end of this article.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Setting Up a Cloud Storage Integration

    To set up a cloud storage integration in Responsive:

    1. Click on your profile image from the bottom left-hand corner, then select Organization Settings.

    2. Under Integration, click on Cloud Storage.

    3. Select Enable under one of the options. Then, follow the prompts to link your account with Responsive.

    Once enabled, you will be able to add files from those services to various places within the Responsive app, such as projects, responses, and the Document Library.

  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.

    Setting Up a Cloud Storage Integration

    To set up a cloud storage integration in Responsive:

    1. Click on your profile image from the bottom left-hand corner, then select Organization Settings.

    2. Under Integration, click on Cloud Storage.

    3. Select Enable under one of the options. Then, follow the prompts to link your account with Responsive.

    Once enabled, you will be able to add files from those services to various places within Responsive, such as projects, responses, and the Document Library.
