Overview
While we highly recommend ensuring everything is configured correctly the first time, this may come in handy if you accidentally forget a section or list of questions when initially configuring your RFP for Import.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Editing Import Files
To navigate back to your Import file:
- Go to the project, then click Menu and select View Import Configuration.
- Click the Edit icon.
Note: Once you select the Edit icon your Import File will be in Draft status. This must be addressed before you're able to export your responses back into the source file as explained later in this process. See Troubleshooting Problems with Exporting a File Back to the Source for more information. - Edit current configurations or add any additional mark-ups to your RFP.
- Once complete, click Import to re-import the new changes, or the Revert Configuration icon to revert to the previous version. Both of these options bring your Import file out of Draft status.
- Do one of the following on the Configuration Details pop-up:
- Click Merge changes if you already have response content you would like to preserve in this project.
- Click Create new sections and questions if you do not have response content you would like to preserve or there is no content currently in the project.
- Click Import.
- Go to the project, then click Menu and select View Import Configuration.
