Creating and managing flags in projects

Overview

Flags give you the ability to create color coded and named flags to differentiate questions within a project. Creating a flagging scheme allows for quick filtering within a project in order to help better identify how items should be addressed.

You need to differentiate questions within projects you can set up color-coded flags for departments or business functions (such as Legal, Support, or IT) to show respondents who is responsible for the flagged content or differentiate statuses or required actions.

Permissions

You must have Administrative access (Super Admin, Admin with All permissions, or equal Custom Roles) to manage these flags.

Creating flags

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Response Projects > Flag; then click Create New. The Create New Flag section displays.
  2. Enter a name for the flag in the Flag Name field; then enter a color in the Color Preferences field and click Create. A success message displays and the newly created flag is displayed in the flag name list.
