Connecting to an Individual Zoho CRM Account


Zoho CRM is an add-on feature and must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or, to enable it.

If the admin has set up the integration to support connecting to an individual Zoho CRM account you can follow the steps below to establish a connection.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Connecting to an Individual Zoho CRM Account

    1. Navigate to the Integrations tab on the My Account page. Then, click Connect on Zoho CRM.
    2. Next, you will be prompted to sign in to your Zoho CRM account. Once you have successfully signed in, select the Zoho CRM instance you wish to connect to and click Submit.
      Note: Ensure that you connect to an instance type that is configured by your admin in the Organization Settings.
    3. You will be prompted to grant Responsive access to the Zoho CRM’s data, click Accept.

      On connecting successfully, an indication is displayed.Zoho

      In case the selected instance type does not match the one configured by the admin, the following error message will be displayed.
  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or, for more details.
