Cloning Q&A pairs in the Content Library

Overview

You can clone Q&A pairs from the Library and Moderation pages, allowing you to create a quick baseline to modify contents when creating similar records in your Content Library.

For example, if you have a Q&A pair template populated for Product A which includes owners, tags, custom fields, star rating, and more, and you want to create a similar Q&A pair with all or the same metadata designations for Product B but modify the answer to reflect Product B's solution, you can simply clone the Q&A pair template for Product A and make the necessary change to the answer. This method saves time and reduces the amount of clicks it takes to create new content from a single existing record in the Content Library.

You can not bulk clone Q&A pairs.
