Overview
You can cancel scheduled or on-demand content reviews.
- Canceling a review cancels it for the current review cycle. After cancellation, the content will be up for review again based on the normal review schedule.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Canceling a Review
- Go to the Review page in the Content Library, then click the three-dot Menu and select Cancel Review.
- A message stating that the content will be reviewed again based on its scheduled review cycle. Enter a reason for the cancelation (optional) and click Cancel Review. The content is moved to the Library page and the cancelation will be included in its activities.
Bulk canceling reviews
- Check the boxes in front of the reviews you want to cancel, or click the Select checkbox to select all the displayed cards, then click More and select Other Bulk Options.
- Do the following on the Advanced Bulk Options window:
- Select Content Review under the Privacy, Usage and Review section.
- Under Content Review, click Cancel.
Note: If you click Remove, the selected cards will no longer have scheduled reviews. - Enter a reason for the cancelation (optional).
- Click Update to save your changes. The content is moved to the Library page and the cancelation will be included in its activities.
- Go to the Review page in the Content Library, then click the three-dot Menu and select Cancel Review.

Bulk canceling reviews
- Check the boxes in front of the reviews you want to cancel, or click the Select checkbox to select all the displayed cards, then click More and select Other Bulk Options.
