Profile Center Overview

Overview

Profile Center is a tool that lets you effortlessly and confidently create and share profiles. With Profile Center, you can showcase completed security questionnaires, supporting documents, certificates, and other items that aid in the initial assessment process.

Collaborate seamlessly with your team to leverage information from your Projects and Content Library, all while maintaining complete control over access levels to ensure confidentiality. Profile Center offers flexible access control to securely share information with the right people.

Permissions

Each user role in the application has a different set of permissions as described below.

Standard Role Permissions

  • Super Admin: Can view, create, and manage all profiles.
  • Admin: Can view, create, and manage all profiles.
  • Manager: Can create and manage profiles that they have created.
  • Project Requestor: Can view, and share the profile they are associated with.
  • Team Member: Can view, and share the profile they are associated with.

Custom Role Permissions

  • Custom Role: Super Admins and Admins with appropriate permissions can create Custom Roles with access to create and/or manage profiles as required.

Accessing Profile Center

Click Profile Center from the 9-dot menu. The following page is displayed the first time you launch Profile Center.

Active Tab Overview

The active tab displays both the list of drafts and published profiles. Published profiles can be shared with prospects, customers, and business partners. Here's a breakdown of the active tab.

  1. Switch between Profiles and Questionnaires.
  2. Switch between Active and Inactive tabs.
  3. Displays the list of drafts and published profiles. You can click to view a profile.
  4. Indicates the profile's visibility.
  5. Status of the profile.
  6. Displays the profile's team members. You can invite team members to collaborate and share the profile. Refer Invite Team Members from Active tab for more information.
  7. Displays the statistics of profiles.
  8. Publish a profile and share them with clients, prospects, or business partners. Refer Share profile from Active tab for more information.
  9. Additional actions you can perform on the profile.
    • View the activity log for the profile. Refer Activity log for more information.
    • Create a copy of the profile.
    • Copy the profile link to the clipboard. Available only for Public profiles.
    • Deactivate the profile.
    • Delete the profile.
  10. Click Add New to start drafting a new profile. Refer Create Profile for more information.
  11. Search Profiles and Questionnaires. 
    Note: Searches performed will find matches across all profiles titles, content, questionnaires, and documents. You can further filter the results by Profile, Document, and Questionnaire. You can also view details of the profile where the search result is retrieved from and navigate to that profile.
  12. Toggle between List and Card view.

Inactive Tab Overview

The Inactive tab displays the list of profiles that have been deactivated. Profiles that have been deactivated will no longer be accessible to the users it has been shared with. The following is the breakdown of the Deactivated tab.

  1. Switch between Profile and Questionnaire.
  2. Switch between Active and Inactive tabs.
  3. Displays the list of profiles that have been deactivated. You can click to view a profile.
  4. Indicates the type of profile.
  5. Status of the profile.
  6. Displays the profile's team members.
  7. Displays the statistics of profiles.
  8. Move the profile to draft to edit the profile. 
  9. Additional actions you can perform on the profile.
    • View the activity log for the profile. See Activity log for more information.
    • Delete the profile.
  10. Search Profiles and Questionnaires.
  11. Toggle between List and Card view.
  12. Go to the Trash page, to view the deleted profiles.
