Managing Profile Content

Overview

You can update and manage your profile content by following the steps below.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

    Updating Profile Summaries

    To update your profile summary, click the edit Edit icon located on the top right of the summary card, make any necessary changes, and click Save.

    Once saved, a success message will be displayed. If you would like to see the full summary, you can use the Read More option to expand the summary card.

    Deleting Profile Summaries

    To delete the profile summary, click the delete Delete icon located on the top right, and then click Confirm on the confirmation pop-up.

    Restoring Summaries

    If you have deleted the summary or skipped adding one while creating the profile, you can add one by clicking Add Summary.

    Creating and Managing Internal Notes

    Internal note is a dedicated space for team members to share essential information, exchange knowledge, and communicate effectively.

    To add a note follow the steps below.

    1. Click Add Internal Note. An Add Note pop-up is displayed.
    2. Edit the title as desired.
    3. Add the notes in the note description section. The note description is limited to a maximum of 300 characters.
    4. Click Save.

    Internal note is exclusively accessible to team members of the profile. It can be dismissed to create more space by hiding them from view.

    Note: Internal Note remains hidden from external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality.

    To edit the internal note, click the edit Edit icon on the top right corner, update the note and click Save.

    To delete the note, click the delete Delete icon and then click Delete on the confirmation pop-up.

    Adding Artifacts to Sections

    Artifacts such as questionnaires and documents can be added to the sections from Projects and Content Library.

    Adding Questionnaires to Sections

    To add questionnaires, follow the steps below.

    1. For a new section, click Add Questionnaire or Documents. This will open the Add Questionnaires and Documents pop-up.

    2. A list of Profile Questionnaires from completed projects is displayed. Read more on what is Profile Questionnaire and how to import a response Project as a Profile Questionnaire here.

    3. To filter this list, you can use the advanced search options located on the left.

    4. To select a questionnaire, click on the corresponding Add button. You can select multiple questionnaires to include in a section. A checkmark will indicate the selected questionnaires, and they will be displayed on the right.

    5. To remove a selected questionnaire, click on the x mark.

    6. Once you have selected all the desired questionnaires, click Add to Profile located on the top right of the modal.
      26Next, you can customize how artifacts within a section are displayed. Choose from the three different display modes: List, Tile, and Thumbnail.

      For a section that already contains artifacts, click the + icon to add more items.

    Add Documents to Sections

    To add documents, follow the steps below.

    1. For a new section, click Add Questionnaire or Documents. This will open the Add Questionnaires and Documents pop-up.
    2. Switch the Filter by current to Document.
    3. A list of documents from the Content Library is displayed. To filter this list, you can use the advanced search options located on the left.
    4. To select a questionnaire, click on the corresponding Add button. You can select multiple questionnaires to include in a section. A checkmark will indicate the selected questionnaires, and they will be displayed on the right.
    5. To remove a selected document, click on the x mark.
    6. Once you have selected all the desired documents, click Add to Profile located on the top right of the modal.

    Removing Artifacts from Sections

    To remove questionnaires or documents from a section, simply click the corresponding delete icon next to the item.

    Reordering Artifacts

    To reorder questionnaires or documents, simply hover over the item and click to drag the six-dot handle to the desired position. You can also move an item to a different section by clicking and dragging it to the desired section.
