Profile Analytics

Overview

The Analytics page empowers you to stay on top of your profile's progress. It provides detailed metrics on performance, including usage time, views, downloads, engagement stats, artifact information, and other metrics.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Profile Analytics

  From within the profile, navigate to the Analytics tab to access the insights.
  

  The dashboard has the following four sections:

  1. Profile Analytics: Displays the view and download statistics of the profile, questionnaires, and attached documents and the time spent on the profile.
     Note: Interactions of non-verified viewers, exclusive to public profiles, are displayed as Anonymous.
  2. Engagement Stats: Displays a visual breakdown of who has viewed the profile: verified users vs. anonymous viewers (for public profiles) and both views and shares (for private profiles).
  3. Questionnaires & Documents: Displays the views, downloads and time spent on the artifacts for the profile.
     Note: The list can be sorted based on the available metrics.
     
  4. Recent Views: Displays a list of recent interaction by visitors and their metrics.
