Working with Catalogs

Overview

Catalogs serve as a listing of all the various products, offerings, and services of a particular company or product line. You can create and manage catalogs from the Catalogs section of the application. See Creating and Managing Catalogs to learn more about catalogs.

Configuring Catalogs

The number of catalogs in a section is indicated in the top right corner of a catalog card. Clicking the number will take you to the corresponding section and highlight the catalog. You can use [i] Navigate Up and [i] Navigate Down.png to navigate between catalogs within the section.

Catalogs configured on the Edit tab are available to the proposal authors when generating proposals using this template and can be previewed using the Preview tab.

The following options are available to filter the catalogs.

  • All: During proposal generation, proposal authors will have access to all catalogs related to the specific catalog structure.

  • Specific: Selected catalogs will be available at proposal generation, and enabling Auto-select will preselect them. You can view the review of the catalogs here. By default, the first catalog’s preview is displayed.
