Overview
Ask is available as an add-on. Want to get a demo? Contact your account manager for more information.
Ask uses advanced Responsive AI in a Q&A-style conversation to enable any authorized users in your organization to access the full amount of your trusted content. It is designed to help you answer ad hoc questions and craft responses to proposals, emails and more with speed, quality, and confidence.
Ask provides clear source citations for its responses and is easily programmable for external sites (such as an organization's help center) to search and generate meaningful responses. Ask also has the ability to filter from specific source content to generate responses.
Ask is available both as a desktop app and within the Responsive platform.
Field teams can quickly and confidently answer ad hoc questions from customers and prospects, and to generate responses that come from your trusted content with clear source citations.
