Overview
The workspace Home page serves as a landing page for each workspace. It allows making use of various tools within the workspace.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.
-
Clicking any workspace will take you to the workspace Home page where you can see the Document Shredding, Traceability Matrix, and Responsibility Matrix associated with that workspace.
Matrix Details
- Details of each matrix such as the matrix name, documents used, dictionaries used, and an option to delete the matrix are displayed.
- You can view a matrix by clicking on the matrix section from the Home page. You will be navigated to the respective matrix page.
- To create a matrix, click the
icon. You will be navigated to the respective matrix creation page.
Note: For the Traceability Matrix, an option to create a traceability matrix is available only if the source file is added to the project, otherwise the option appears disabled. - In case of standalone workspace, the Traceability Matrix is not displayed in the Home page as Traceability Matrix can be created only for project workspace.
Workspace Summary
-
On the right pane, the summary of the workspace is displayed.
-
For a standalone workspace, instead of Project Type, Client Name is displayed. You can update all fields except the Primary Business Unit and Created on fields.
-
In the project workspace, you can update only the workspace name as all other details are pulled in from the project and can be updated only from the project.
Note: With a Project workspace, you can link the project and use project documents for analysis within the workspace. With Standalone workspace, you can upload documents from your base machine as well as from Cloud. Standalone workspace is meant for analyzing non-project/ non-Responsive's documents.
Document Details
- The Documents section on the right pane lists a maximum of five documents.
- To view all documents associated with the workspace, click View All.
- You can view the document preview by clicking the preview icon adjacent to a document.
Note: These documents are available in the workspace, however, they may or may not be used in any of the matrices. - You can add more documents to the workspace by clicking Add Document.
Note: You can bulk select documents for workspaces that are created from projects. You can either select all documents from the current page, or all documents across pages.
Recent Activities
- The Recent Activities section on the right pane lists the five most recent activities.
- To view all activities associated with the workspace, click View All.
-
Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.
