Customizing metadata for content cards on the Recommendation pane

Overview

While viewing Library content or answering questions, you can customize the metadata that is displayed on the content card. The setting is applied to all the users associated with the project.

You can customize the content card metadata at the individual, project. or organization level.

Permissions

  • Users must have the Update Project Information permission to customize the metadata and apply it at the project level (all the users associated with the project).
Note: Setting the metadata for all project users is applied as default. However, users can override this by manually setting this up for themselves.
  • Users must have access to Organization Settings to customize metadata at the Organization level.
Note: Once the metadata settings are applied at the Organization level, they serve as the default for all projects. However, users with the Update Project Information permission can override these settings for any specific project as needed.
