Custom Field Mapping for Microsoft Dynamics

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an add-on feature and must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or, to enable it.

In addition to the default fields, you have the option to map additional fields from Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Project Custom fields.


You must have access to Organization Settings to map additional fields.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Adding Additional Fields from Microsoft Dynamics 365

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Project > Custom Fields and click Add Field.
    2. The Add Custom Field pop-up is displayed. Complete the information as detailed in this article.
    3. Check the Associate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM checkbox.
    4. Select the object type, then select the field you want to map with the Responsive custom field from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Fields drop-down list
    5. Click Add to add the new field.
