Setting Up Profile Center for Microsoft Dynamics

Overview

Profile Center integrates with Microsoft Dynamics, allowing you to share published profiles that you are a part of with your Microsoft Dynamics accounts and contacts. This integration facilitates seamless collaboration and enhances the connectivity between Profile Center and Microsoft Dynamics.

Permissions

You must have access to Organization Settings to set up the integration.

Prerequisites

You must have Responsive installed within Microsoft Dynamics before you are able to set up the Profile Center integration.

Setting Setting Up Profile Center for Microsoft Dynamics

1. In Responsive, go to Organization Settings > Integration > CRM and click Configure on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tile.
2. Turn on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM toggle.
3. Enter the Microsoft Dynamics URL and click Admin Consent Link.
   
4. Click Connect to Microsoft Dynamics.
   
5. Once the account is connected, check the Allow association for Profile Center with Microsoft Dynamics checkbox.
   
6. Click Submit. 
7. In Microsoft Dynamics, go to Opportunities and click Responsive Profile Center > Connect to Responsive.
   
8. Login using your Responsive credentials. Once connected, you can share profiles from Microsoft Dynamics.
