Bypassing NDAs for Contacts Within Microsoft Dynamics

Overview

You can make contacts within the Microsoft Dynamics account exempt from signing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) sourced from Microsoft Dynamics. 

Bypassing NDAs for Contacts Within Microsoft Dynamics

1. In Microsoft Dynamics, create a custom field to denote the NDA status.
2. In Responsive, go to Organization Settings > Integration > CRM and click Configure on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tile.
3. Click next to the Allow association for Profile Center with Microsoft Dynamics checkbox.
4. Click the Automatically bypass NDA for matching contacts radio button.
5. Enter the newly created custom field name in the Enter custom keyword field.
   
6. Click Save.
