You can view all vendor clarifications and messages sent and received on this page. Additionally, you can create announcements to be displayed to the vendors.
Creating Announcement
Announcements can be sent to all or selected vendors.
To create an announcement,
- Click Create New Announcement. The New Announcements pop-up appears.
- Enter the announcement content.
- Select if the announcement should be visible for all vendors or selected vendors.
Note: If Only to is selected, you can select the responders from the available list. - To attach a file, click the attachment icon.
- Click Post Announcement to send the announcement.
Announcements once sent would be displayed under Announcements > Sent in the left navigation pane.
Creating a Message
You can create messages to be sent for specific responders. To create a message,
- Click the dropdown icon next to Create Announcement and select Create New Message. The New Message pop-up appears.
- Select the responder.
- Enter the message.
- To attach a file, click the attachment icon.
- Click Send Message.
Messages sent will be displayed in the Messages > Open section.
- To edit or delete a message, click the three-dot icon and select the required option.
- To reply to a message, enter the message and click Send.
- To resolve a comment, click the tick icon. Messages will be resolved and displayed under Messages >Resolved.
Clarifications
- Clarifications received by the responder will be displayed under Unanswered.
Click View Details. You will be navigated to the Answering Page where the clarification was raised. - Once the responder responds to it, it gets displayed under Answered.
