Resetting a forgotten password

Overview

You can still reset your password if you are unable to login to the application.

This process applies if you forgot your password, or if you entered your password wrong three times (your account gets locked) and are unable to log into Responsive. If you want to change or reset your password from within the application, see Changing or resetting your password.

  • Resetting your password

    1. Do one of the following:
      • If you forgot your password, go to https://app.rfpio.com/v2/forgotpassword, enter your registered email ID, then click Send me the link to have a password reset email sent to you.
      • If you entered your password wrong and get locked out of your account, click the Reset your password link to have a password reset email sent to you.
    2. Open the email and click Reset password.
    3. Enter your new password, confirm it, then click Reset Password. You can now login to Responsive using your new password.
