This document covers details on how to reset your password when you are unable to login to the application as you forgot your login password.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Resetting Password
Follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Enter the URL: https://app.rfpio.com/v2/forgotpassword
- Enter your registered email ID.
- Click Send me the link. An email would be sent to you.
- An email would be sent to you.
- Click RESET PASSWORD. You will be navigated to the Reset Password page.
- Enter the new password, confirm the new password, and click Reset Password.
Your password will be reset and you can now login to the application with your new password.
Note: If you enter a wrong password thrice, your account would get locked. You can click on Reset Password link to generate a new password.
A page as shown below will be displayed.
An email would be triggered to you, clicking which you will be navigated to reset your password as described in Step 5 above. -
