Overview
You must contact accountmanagers@responsive.io or your CSMs to enable hierarchical tags. Once you enabled, they can't be disabled.
Hierarchical tags allow for multi-level content tagging, similar to a folder structure, and is a more efficient way of organizing content. Hierarchical tags are applicable wherever Content Library tags are used. See Working with Content Library hierarchical tags for more information.
