Adding vendors to published requests

Overview

Once a request is published, you can add more vendors to it and then send invites to them. 

Adding vendors to published requests

  1. From the Request Projects page, click Manage Responders from the left navigation pane. The Responders page appears.
  2. Click Add Responders and select either From Directory, Create, or Upload.
    • From Directory:
      1. When the Select Responders section appears, select the checkbox associated with the responders you want to add.
      2. Click Add Responders. Vendors will be added and a success message will be displayed.
      3. To send invites to the newly added responders, select the checkbox associated with the responders and click Send Invite.
      4. On the Invite Responders pop-up, customize the subject and message for the invite and click Invite.

        Invites will be sent and a success message will be displayed.
    • Create:
      1. When the Create New Responders section appears, enter the details and click Add.
        Note: To send an invite to the new responder while adding them, check the Send Invite checkbox and then click Add.
      2. On the Invite Responders pop-up, customize the subject and message for the invite and click Invite.

        The new responder will be created, an invite will be sent and a success message will be displayed.
    • Upload:
      1. When the Create New Responders section appears, click the Upload tab.
        Note: To send an invite to the new responder while adding them, check the Send Invite checkbox.
      2. Download the template, update it with responders details, then click Select File to upload it.
      3. On the Invite Responders pop-up, customize the subject and message for the invite and click Invite.

        The new responder will be created, an invite will be sent and a success message will be displayed.
