Using Profile Center update notes

Overview

The Profile Center allows you to publish notes to call attention to something in a profile. Anyone subscribed to the profile will get an email with the note.

Note: You can only create a note if the profile has been published.

Creating an update note

To create a note, perform the following steps:

  1. To create an update note, select the Updates toggle to enable the feature
  2. Click Post.
  3. Enter the note’s title and description. The title will appear in the Profile Center so you can find the note. The text in the description will be sent as an email to anyone who subscribes to the profile. The description field is Basic Rich Text and cannot contain images
    If this is a critical note, select the Mark as Critical toggle. When you are finished, click Post.


The note will appear in the Updates section of the profile.


Click the pencil icon to edit the note and the trash icon to delete it. Click Post to create another update note.
