If something in a Request is unclear, you can send a clarification to the issuer to get more information to help you complete the questionnaire. You can enter clarifications for the request and then export them into an Excel spreadsheet. After the issuer updates the spreadsheet with the needed information, you can import it into Responsive.
You can create clarifications at the section and question level.
A questionnaire is unclear about whether the question refers to one location or all your company’s locations. You can send them a clarification from Responsive to get the details.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.
Requesting Clarifications
- To request a clarifications, from the Project's Answering page, click the Issuer Communications icon.
- The Issuer Communications tab opens in the right pane.
- You can enter your clarification in the designated textbox.
- To attach a file, click the Attach icon.
- To send the clarification, click Post. The clarification will be sent and a success message will be displayed.
Once the clarification is sent, you can edit or delete them by clicking the three dot menu and selecting the required option.
Once the issuer receives the clarification, they will respond to it.
