Overview
Admins can now create datasets in Organization Settings. These datasets can then be used to filter content while drafting using Responsive Ask.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Creating Datasets
- Navigate to Organization Settings Responsive AI Datasets.
- Click Create New. The Create Dataset section appears.
- Enter a name and description for the dataset (mandatory).
- Select the filters for datasets from the drop-down options.
Note: A minimum of one filter must be selected. Searchable custom fields that are applicable for both Q&A Pairs and Documents will be available to be selected as filters. Based on the filters selected, the count of available records in the Content Library will be displayed on the top right corner. - Click Create.
Searching with Datasets- Click Ask on the landing page to launch Responsive Ask.
- Click the filter icon next to the Ask Responsive search bar.
- Select the required dataset from the available drop-down options.
Note: You can also use the Advanced Search option to filter using collections, tags, and searchable custom fields. - Click Apply.
