This document covers details on how to respond and accept an addendum for an issued project.
When an Issuer publishes an Addendum, users will receive an email notification on the update. This email invitation will also contain an attachment that shows the updates in the addendum.
When the user logs in to the application the user will see the updates to section categorized as below:
- Added: Includes newly added sections and questions
- Removed: Includes removed sections and questions
- Edited: Includes updates made to the sections and questions.
After reviewing the changes users can click Accept Changes.
On clicking Accept Changes, based on the size of the changes sent by the Issuer, it will take few seconds/minutes to update the sections and questions.
Once done users can start responding to the questionnaire.
All the changes done can be reviewed in the activities tab.
