Managing Clarifications and Messages

Raising Clarifications

Users can directly raise a clarification against a question from the Answering page. To send a clarification click on the Issuer communications icon.

Select Clarifications.

Click and start typing on the text box.

Click on Post once the clarification is written, additionally you can upload attachments as well.

Once posting the clarification a mail will sent to the Issuer and responses from Issuers will be communicated back in mail.

For any clarification that is not related to a questionnaire, go the Issuer Communications tab

Click on “Create New Clarification”.

Type in your clarifications and click on post to send the clarification to the issuer.

All clarifications Answered by Issuer will be under the Answered tab.

How to send message to Issuer?

Messages can also be sent similar to a Clarification to an Issuer, also messages can be sent back and forth will be conversational in nature.

Messages can also be sent against a question from the answering page

Or from Issuer communications tab from the left pane and

Click on “Create New Message” button.

Enter you message and click on “Send Message” button to send message to the Issuer.

You can also click on Edit to edit the content of sent messages to the Issuer.

 You can send further messages to the Issuer using Reply to the message box.

You will be able to see the conversation and you will also receive email communication on response from Issuer.
