Guided Projects is an AI-powered workflow within the Responsive Platform designed to help teams independently manage and complete RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, DDQs, and other document-based requests without requiring hands-on support from proposal teams.
It delivers a structured, step-by-step experience that automates document setup, content mapping, response drafting, and quality control. By leveraging your organization’s Content Library, Guided Projects ensures that responses are fast, accurate, and aligned with approved messaging.
