This feature allows Issuers to control and manage responses submitted after the designated deadline. Issuers can now choose to accept or reject late submissions based on project needs, providing greater flexibility in managing responder activities.
Request Setting
To Enable Late Submission setting:
- Open a Request from the Manage Requests page.
- Click Menu and select Request Settings.
- In Responder Settings, enable Restrict Late Submission toggle.
This setting ensures that any responses submitted after the due date are flagged for your review.
Accept or Reject Late Submission
When a responder submits a response after the due date, follow the below steps to manage the Late Submissions:
- Navigate to the Manage Responders page.
- The list of responses is displayed. The Status of the late submissions is displayed as Late Bid.
Note: You can filter the late submission responses using the Accept/Reject Late Bid column.
- You can handle the late submissions with the below options:
- Accept Late Bid, include the late response in the evaluation and notify the responder.
- Reject Late Bid, reject the late response and notify the responder.
Late Submission Warning and Notification to the Responders
When attempting to submit a response after the deadline, responders will see this warning message:
"Your submission is overdue. The Issuer may accept or reject your response at their discretion. If you have any concerns, please contact the Request Owner."
Responders will receive an email notification confirming whether their late submission was accepted or rejected by the issuer.
