You can use the Executive Summary Agent to craft an executive summary (overview) of a completed project that can be used as a cover letter.

Responsive AI uses the following to generate an overview of the company:

  • Instructions you enter into Ask.
  • A default template from Responsive.
  • Another file with a template or a sample executive summary.

Once finished, the summary is stored as a separate section so you can easily export it with the rest of the project.

Why use Executive Summary Agent?

After finishing a proposal response, you may have to craft an executive summary as a cover letter to provide an overview of the response to the decision makers. This can be a time-consuming process, and presented the following difficulties:

  • The summary might not be tailored to a specific audience, or take their needs and preferences into consideration. Without this customization, the summary might not resonate with the audience and it would be less effective.
  • Key themes might be missing that highlight key benefits and advantages of your product and company, weakening the persuasive power of the summary.
  • The summary might miss important details like problem statements, proposed solutions, and benefits that would effectively communicate your core message.
  • The summary might be too long. An overly long summary could bore readers and obscure important points.
