Intake Survey Templates

Contact support@responsive.io to access this feature or request enablement.

The Intake Survey Template feature helps you quickly create intake surveys by saving time and ensuring consistency across your team. You can save any completed or in-progress survey as a reusable template and generate new surveys from these templates whenever needed. This reduces repetitive effort, prevents errors, and standardizes survey structures for the RFP intake process.

Key Benefits

  • Save time by reusing survey templates instead of building surveys from scratch.
  • Ensure consistency in intake survey structure, sections, and scoring across teams.
  • Minimize errors by eliminating manual re-creation of survey content.

Working with Survey Templates

Organization-level activities are logged when a new template is created.
