The Access tab provides options for Team Members to control access requests, share Trust Centers with potential buyers, customers, and vendors to help them showcase pre-complete questionnaires, certificates, documents, and other artifacts.
If enabled for your organization, you can collect key user details through the Access Request webform. For existing users with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) enabled and matching merge tags, the details are pre-populated where available.
Trust Center owners and collaborators can also preview and download signed or accepted NDAs from the viewer analytics page.
You must be an Admin with access to Organization settings in order enable the ability to collect key user details through the Access Request webform.
Open the Trust Center and click the Access tab. There are two options, Shared Members (the default) and Access Requests.
Use the Shared Members tab to manage and revoke access for invited parties as needed. You can:
View a list of clients with whom the Trust Center is shared.
Search and filter the Shared members list. Click the Filter icon to access advanced filter options.
Share the Trust Center with potential buyers, customers, and business partners.
Configure the column view.
Export the list to an Excel file.
Take actions (such as resending invitation links or removing viewers) from the three-dot menu.
Use the Access Requests tab to manage pending access requests. You can:
View the number of pending access requests and a list of viewers who have requested access to artifacts.
Search and filter the Access Requesters list. Click the Filter icon to access advanced filter options.
Accept or reject the access request.
You can collect key user details through the Access Request webform. The requester’s information is visible during your access review and can be reused for non-disclosure agreement (NDA) merge tags when needed. A limited set of existing NDA merge tags can be used in the webform:
Full Name
Company Name
Designation
Job title
Guests must enter their email address and complete one-time password (OTP) verification before submitting the access request form. The submitted webform details are stored at the time of access request submission and displayed on the Access Requests Approval page.
Admins can only add or remove existing supported merge tags from the form.
For existing users with NDA enabled and matching merge tags, the details are pre-populated where available. If Admins enable NDAs later, the same collected details are pre-filled for NDA completion.
If a merge tag is already used in an NDA template, the option to disable that field at the Trust Center level is disabled.
Owners and collaborators can preview and download the signed or accepted NDAs from the Viewer Analytics page.
Click on the view count to land to the Viewer Analytics page.
Click the NDA Document link. The document preview opens in a new tab.
Click Download to download the signed NDA document.
